Koh Samui, Thailand daily weather update; 5th March, 2013

Today's weather;

It's cloudy over Koh Samui and just right now some very dark clouds move over Koh Phangan although it's still dry. Current temp at 7am is 24.8C and at 7.20 we have the first shower of the day.

Some important news from the Nathon City Facebook page; The new undersea transmission line from mainland to Maenam substation was already tested, and ready to officially operate on 15 March.
Now let's cross our fingers that this will run smoothly!

The PADI IDC on Koh Phangan reached the half way mark, just a few more days before the candidates' exams start.

Yesterday saw some sunshine during the morning but after noon more clouds slowly moved in and during the late afternoon we had some rain. Max temp reached 29.8C

The forecast for the next 7 days is looking good, this morning possibly some rain, tomorrow the last day with stronger wind and after that it should be fairly sunny.
