25th December, 2008

Today's weather;

Merry Christmas to all my readers, that you may have a peaceful holiday season.

There's overcast this morning and right now there's not so much sun to be seen. It's dry though with a current temp at 7 am of 27C.

Yesterday was once more a nice and warm day although we had a 3 minute shower yesterday morning! Max temp reached 30.3C.
The forecasts are still wobbly, although the tendency seems to be that next couple of days will see a bit of rain.

In Bangkok it seems that the Foreign Minister Kasit Piromya is waking up to his own words about the airport siege and is apologising. A foreign minister can't just shoot his mouth off.
In the meantime the opposition party seems to have a problem; Why are they all so scared of being opposition leader?

Typical. Just came all the way down to Samui after reading about weather that appears to be getting better, and arrived today (25th) to grim grey skys and pouring rain on the way to the Island. I hope it clears up over the next couple of days. Don't want to negotitate a long term stay for accomodation if it's going to be like this :/

Hi Mark,

Typical indeed, today there's overcast and all afternoon there's a drizzle!
The forecast projects more rain over the enxt two days, unfortunately.

Hello Camille Lemmens,

Merry Christmas to you.

I stumbled upon your blog and would like to ask you if I could ask you some questions about Koh Samui in general.

Kind regards,
Jan
