Koh Samui, Thailand daily weather update; 17th October, 2013

Today's weather;

There's again a thin cloud layer around Koh Samui but the sun seems to be trying to burn it's way through it. Current temp at 7am is 26C

In a few hours I will be off to Bangkok for the day, shopping for a new camera and underwater housing and hope that the rain and flooding is not too bad to where I need to go, Fortune IT Mall and the Don Muang airport area. Tomorrow morning it's off to Bali, with a 6am flight.

Wat Kanuram

The entrance to Wat Kanuram, where one of Samui's two mummified monks is located, has been completely done up and the whole temple had a face lift

Yesterday saw most of the day under a cloud cover but it remained dry and the max temp reached 33C

The forecast shows now slightly less blue skies, but still plenty of sun to be caught over the next 7 days although chances of a tropical shower seem to have increased.
