Hi Camille,
I have really enjoyed reading your weather reports and blog almost daily for the last few months, I have a window in my work next week and was considering coming to Samui for 10 days. Although it is purely for sitting my bum on the beach to stop thinking about work for a while I thought it would be nice to take some kind of dive course as long as I wasn't in a classroom for to long of my break. Tell me what you think and how much it would be. Again thanks for informative site.

Thanks for the nice words Darryn.
Will respond to your dive enquiry by email.
Hi Camille
I found your blog while researching weather in Ko Samui during August.
I know it's never possible to guarantee good sunny weather, but is August a good time to visit Ko Samui (we will be staying on Bo Phut)?
I have heard it can rain a little, but do the showers last long?
Thanks
Andrew Ellis
Hi Andrew,
Thanks for looking at my blog and commenting.
August is normally as good as it gets. Hardly any rain at all and if some, just temporarily and everything is dried up again within an hour.
Dive conditions are also very good during August. Maybe a consideration ;-)
