Today the Thais are voting on their first National Referendum ever, for a new Constitution under a blue sky with a thin white haze. Current temp is 26C
yesterday was nice day, not too hot and the sun broke through a few times with a max temp of 31.7C, there was no rain yesterday.

The Napasai resort is one of the top resorts on Samui, a good chocie! Not sure if it's perfect, since I don't know what you're looking for.
August is usually a very good month weather wise, you can have a look in my archive and look for August 2007. Since the 8 years that I live here, August has always been lovely with lots of sunshine.
