Today's weather;

A dark and cloudy sky formed over Samui this morning. Sure looks like we will experience some rain today later during the afternoon. Current temp at 7am is 27.9C

Chaweng Beach yesterday afternoon in front of Al's Resort

Yesterday started out with a cloud cover but soon the clouds disappeared and the sun was out all day long. Max temp reached 34.3C

I was SOOOO happy to see your not too grim weather from Samui. We are ariving next Wednesday, but according to the weather forecast here in Norway the weather has been, and is going to stay bad. Only rain, clouds and thunderstorms.. Here the wind is quite bad, it is raining and the temp.
is 10 degrees Celcius. Needless to say, we are desperate for summer!! Will check in on your blog for weather-updates until we leave:-) Best wishes,
Siv

Hi Siv,

Down at the local ground here on Samui, it looks like we may have a bit of wind during the coming week but there should be plenty of sunshine as well and an occasional tropical shower.

Hope that's what you're looking for ;-)

Hi Camille

Well we have just about had 2 weeks here in Samui and it has gone too fast as usual and we wish for more time.
We have been to some of old favs for eating and I will send you an up date on my return. But all and all a great holiday with 3 day in Bangkok first and 15 nights in Samui.
The weather has been mixed but that makes it great to cool you down and stun you. Been to 3 dinners at friends houses and two of them just near you!. I love it over there. I have to say my fave place is Tum Zaab Isan restaurant. The service and food is outstanding. The best Gai yang we had was at the waterfall - mozzies killed us but food and swimming was great. Talk to you soon.

Hi Bron,

Good to hear from you and glad to see you enjoyed your stay once more or is it again!

The waterfall has some great food indeed but the best Gai Yang I find is at Clock Lana near our house!

Looking forward to an update.
