Another blue sky is shaping up over Samui, if you're on Samui, enjoy it since it looks like the weather is about to change come March! Right now, the current temp at 7 am is 26C.
Choengmon beach, my favorite beach on Samui, two days ago.Yesterday was warm, with a max temp of 30.9C. It felt a lot warmer than the actual temperature!

I love your blog - I am going on honeymoon to Koh samui (staying at the Imperial boathouse) on the 4th March to 19th March and I noticed that you have commented that the weather is set to change in March. Could you let me know where got that info from and what you think will happen, e.g constant rain etc.. I have been dreaming of blue skies!! Thanks so much Camille

It seems that the first couple of days in March will not be as good as February has been so far. The website I check and find fairly accurate is Windguru; http://www.windguru.cz/int/index.php?sc=30397 Other sites are even more favorable. You can find a direct link on my side bar in the blog under 'More Samui weather links'.
It doesn't look too bad though, there's rain and some wind (for us divers!) predicted but not all day long, it looks like a tropical rain fall to me. Have rain and than it dries up soon afterwards.

Tsja, jullie 'plattelands' lui daar in het zuiden schrikken al van meer dan drie mensen op een kluitje ;-)
Het was niet zo druk hoor, wel aangenaam, het kan daar veel drukker! Voor Samui zou het ook goed zijn als het ietsje drukker zou zijn.
