Today's weather;

Heavy overcast rule over Samui this morning and it drizzles continuously. Current temp at 7 am is 24.7C.

Yesterday saw overcast all day long with drizzle during various parts of the morning, during the afternoon it stayed dry. Max temp reached 30C, nonetheless.
The forecast for the next couple of days is plenty of rain.

In Bangkok more and more voices stand up against Thaksin and his planned televised speech on 1st November; A traitor who wants to drag everyone down with him.

One man's fate should not overshadow entire society; The buzz of anticipation about his phone-in from London may prove more exciting than the actual message of former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra, scheduled for Saturday.

The military will not tolerate any attempts to smear the monarchy for political gain, Army chief General Anupong Paochinda said yesterday in a stern warning against messages deemed offensive found on websites and flyers.
