Koh Samui, Thailand daily weather update; 29th November, 2016
Today's weather;
It looks nice and sunny around Koh Samui this early in the morning with a partially cloudy sky. There may be a short shower during the afternoon but today should be the last sunny day, besides maybe tomorrow monring. Enjoy it with a lovely early monring temp at 7am of 28C
At Kata on Phuket we have a sunny sky shaping up with currently still a thin cloud layer in the sky but the sun should be able to burn that away once it heats up. Current temp at 7am is 27.8C
The Seatran pier in Nathon viewed from a drone. When by car, this is our preferred arrivel or departure point. Seatran offers confortable ferries and a reliable service. Early next week I should be arriving once more at this pier.
Yesterday saw a dry and sunny day around Koh Samui, nice and warm and rather unusual for November but you take what you can get! Max temp reached 31C
Chilli's at a market in Kata on Phuket at Patak road. How spicy can you eat Thai food? Did you know that how smaller the chilli, the spicier they get?
The forecast remained the same and that means that the last November day of this month should more or less indicate the start of the rainy season. As of tomorrow the rain should start, tomorrow night the wind picks up and it's pretty much non stop rain from there onwell into next week. Enjoy today's sun, tomorrow we could have an almost non stop week of rain starting tomorrow.
