Today's weather;
We're back to early morning blue skies over Koh Samui and it should stay that way for the rest of the day. Some cloud formations can be spotted over the Gulf of Thailand. Current temp at 7am is 27C
On Koh Lanta we just completed two days of excellent diving and PADI specialty instructor training. Today we have a remedial day for the PADI IDC candidates and in two days time, on Songkran, 13th April, the PADI IE will start.
We will b doing that today under a blue sky with some scattered clouds and a current temp at 7am of 24C
A sunset in the making at Lipa Noi beach
Yesterday saw a very warm, closing in on a hot day around Koh Samui with a max temp of 33C
A sunrise, very early morning at Ban Saladan, looking out over the almost completed and new bridge connecting Koh Lanta Yai (where I am) and Koh Lanta Noi, making the current long waiting times at the small and slow ferries between the two islands obsolete
The forecast changed ever so slightly, the breeze remained for the next ten days, the blue skies are also present and during and after next weekend the predicted clouds are not as dense anymore as they originally were predicted. Enjoy the warm and sunny April and Songkran days around Koh Samui.
