It looks cloudy this morning over Koh Samui but still dry. Current temp at 7am is 28C
We're soon on the road, making our way back home. The car ferry reservation has been made!
The recent bombing of Central Festival in Chaweng seems to be politically motivated, which doesn't surprise me too much and 7 people were injured, 6 Thai people and a 2 year old Italian girl. All are supposedly already released from hospital.
Back in Khao Lak we have a light cloudy sky after yesterday evenings prolonged rain. Current temp at 7am is 24C

Yesterday saw a sunny and hot day around Koh Samui with a max temp of 33.8C
On the first day of the seven deadly Songkran travel days, 25 people died in accidents and yesterday 59 were added, which shows a decrease compared to last year over the first two days.

The forecast shows cloud cover for the next three days, including today. Monday, Songkran, might see some rain, but Tuesday shows hard rain and some strong wind with Wednesday less rain and wind and after that it should be a lot sunnier again.
