Koh Samui, Thailand daily weather update; 17th September, 2016
It's blue again in the sky over Koh Samui and this morning sees a partially clouded sky with lots of small and thin clouds, which may be burnt away once the sun really starts to heat up today. There's a stiff breeze and it should stay dry today. Current temp at 7am is 28C
The beach front at Fisherman's Village during the early evening, dark but well lit up and a lovely sight. The picture was taken from the beach side terrace at Juzza Pizza, still one of our fave Italian restaurants on the island
Yesterday it remained cloudy all day long and there was at times very strong winds blowing inland. Some parts of the island may have had some rain, although our peninsula stayed dry, but rain was in the air, for sure. Max temp reached 31C
The forecast predicts fairly cloudy skies with strong winds until Thursday with some hard rain expected late Tuesday and Wednesday. From Friday onward the wind should drop and the the clouds should become a lot less and we may enjoy some sunny days again.
