Blue skies galore continues with another prime sample of a blue sky forming over Koh Samui in the early hours of this day. Current temp at 7am is 28C
Barbecued red snapper in a salty layer or 'pla pow kleua', a very tasty meal and well worth trying. The salty crust is removed and if done correctly, a very soft and tasty red snapper waits for you on the inside. This is often sold by small shops along the streets around Thailand, but especially near the coast where the fish is fresh. This picture was taken at Maenam walking street, which is held every Thursday
Yesterday saw a warm and sunny day around Koh Samui, you can almost feel the temperature rising each day. Max temp yesterday reached 32C
The forecast predicts some heavier cloud formations as of Wednesday with possibly some hard needed rain towards the last couple of days of the month. Up until next Wednesday it should be dry and sunny.
