Hi Camille, I have just been reading your weather blog and are due to arrive 19th October for 2 weeks, wot should I expect of the weather then? I know its classed as the wet season but I am hoping it doesn't mean it will be raining nonstop. Will it still be warm and sunbathing weather?
Thanks Lucy

Hi Lucy,

October can go two ways, sunny or rainy. Most of the times it’s rather sunny but in a ‘bad’ year the rain can start early.

In general you can expect some rain but also sunshine before and/or after the rain, however, in a worst case scenario, it can rain a couple of days in a row although that is unlikely in October. Please check my blog archives for October.

Hi Lucy,

The temperature during October should be in the high Twenties Celsius.

Hi Alex,

It should be nice that time of the year, although you may prepare yourself for an occasional shower or two but usually with plenty of sunshine before and after.

I suggest you have a look at my September and October archives.
