Today's weather;
There's an almost perfect blue sky this morning with a current temp of 27.2C. It looks like it's definitely heating up again just in time before Songkran, the Thai New Year.
Yesterday was sunny and hot with a max temp of 31.3C.

I was searching for update for the condition in Ko Samui and I happen to find your blog online.
The last thing I heard from my colleague was in December last year that there is heavy rain that last for more than a week.
And the resort and beaches are badly damaged. Not sure if you could provide any update and what month this year is recommended for holiday in Chaweng?

Regarding the best weather conditions, that is roughly from mid/late March through early/mid October. During November and the first part of December we have the rainy season, which can vary from season to season, last year we had lots of rain during October and November and also in December, the year before that we had hardly any rain at all.
