Koh Samui, Thailand weekly weather update; 1st July – 7th July 2019

Koh Samui, Thailand weekly weather update; 1st July – 7th July 2019

Sunday morning and time for a new episode of Koh Samui, Thailand weekly weather update; 24th June – 30th June 2019.
The long slow distance Sunday morning run is in the bag. 28km this morning. All the way from the Fisherman Village traffic lights to the hill at 4 Seasons. Up and down the hill and back to the traffic lights.
Earlier this morning it was fairly clouded but the sun seems to break through and it's heating up. Partially clouded it is at almost 11am. Current temperature is 32C and it feels a lot warmer.

Last week saw once more plenty of sunshine and warm days. Personally I only experienced one shower last week. There may have been more, but I missed them.
Maximum temperature reached 34C. Although most of last week's minimum temperatures ranged between 23C and 25C, one day it dropped all the way down to 21C.

A very nice start to July!

Wat Plai Laem from a different angle. The picture is taken yesterday under a fairly clouded morning sky.

What does the forecast have to say? Plenty of sunshine and partially clouded skies. Occasionally a tropical shower. All in all, much better than an average July week.
Enjoy your time on the island. It's low season and it's fairly quiet and relaxed. Good weather conditions. What else do you want!

Please do 'like' my Koh Samui blog Facebook page and enjoy the beaches around the island or in front of your hotel or resort and get some well deserved rest and a break.

If you're done resting or need something else to do, there's plenty of things on offer on and around Koh Samui, you can go snorkeling or diving or take a dive course.

You can also enjoy some of the trips I recommend, like a half day gourmet lunch and snorkeling trip at the Southern part of Koh Samui or a photography trip where you get to see the most photo genetic spots on the island or go for a drinks tasting tour if you like a tipple or two.

You may also opt for a very special dinner experience at The Thai Experience. Behind closed doors, reservation only and a very enjoyable and well worthwhile way of spending an evening on Samui. Authentic Thai food and a great atmosphere. Can highly recommend this experience.

Contact me for more detailed information on any of the options mentioned.
