Here we are in the Philippines in windy and rainy weather conditions and it's cold!
Thailand and in particular Samui is not much better right now and looking at the last 3 years, that's not very typical. February used to be very nice and only in 2008 it turned wet towards the end of the month.
Let's cross our fingers and hope that the rain is going to disappear soon and we get some sunshine again, the rain has lasted enough to my taste.
