Koh Samui, Thailand daily weather update; 14th November, 2010

Today's weather;

Samui woke up under a cloud cover although right now the sun is battling it out with said clouds. Current temp at 7am is 25.5C

Yesterday saw a 2nd sunny day in a row only around 8.30pm there was some rain and the forecast for today and the rest of the week is looking very good with little rain and plenty of sunshine coming up. Max temp reached 28.8C

We went around the island yesterday and all roads are in good shape, there are very few spots where there is still water on the road and only in front of Chaweng post office on the ring road is some structural damage to the road. It is still wise though not to get too close to the side of the roads, especially if they're covered in water and you can't see if there's a hole or not, let alone how that hole may be.

It seems that Samui has recovered rather swiftly from the unusual torrential rain at the beginning of the month.
