Today's weather;

A fairly heavy cloud layer is covering Samui today, I wouldn't be surprised if there's some rain today. Current temp at 7am is 27.2C
In a few moment I'll be off to Koh Tao for a few days, to give moral support to my IDC candidate during her PADI IE.

Yesterday saw some watery sunshine trying to break through the cloud cover, especially during the morning. The afternoon showed some greyer skies though and a few areas experienced rain, pending where you were around the island. Max temp reached 31.6C

    HI Camille,

    I've been frantically reading yur posts for the last week or so as I'm flying to Thailand on the 25th of June and staying on Koh Phangan for 10 days. we'd bargained for a daily downpour or 2 but thought we'd get plenty of sun too? were we too optimistic? your posts seem to suggest fairly constant overcast days!

    Hi,

    It seems the cloud cover may be staying on with some occasional rain. It looks like you may get some sunshine as well though.
    The wind is dropping and hopefully that will have a positive impact!
