28th April, 2010

Today's weather;

Coming from a lightly cloud covered Koh Tao, which protects us from a steaming heat. Current temp at 7am is 28C

Yesterday saw lots of overcast on Koh Tao and rain on Samui! Around 8pm last night there was a power cut on Koh Tao which lasted until 11pm, except for places that have their own generators.
Max temp reached 32.8C

    Hi Camille, I am due to fly to Koh Samui in 2 weeks - are there any issues
    over there as a result of the protests in Bangkok? The Foreign Office
    advises against travel to all of Thailand but this seems a bit OTT to me.

    Hi Paul,

    Koh Samui is just fine, you will only find out that something is happening in Bangkok by watching TV or reading newspapers.
