Koh Samui, Thailand daily weather update; 22nd November, 2012

Today's weather;

It looks like temporarily the monsoon has taken over on Koh Samui since yesterday was pretty much non stop rain and at times very hard. The good thing is that the roads get flash flooded just like before but the water disappears very quickly nowadays! Max temp reached 25C

Rain on Samui yesterday

Here on Malapascua in the Philippines we are enjoying a sunny morning but we do have occasional cloud over which keeps the temperatures nice and cool(ish). Current temp at 8am local time is 27C

The PADI IDC on Malapascua is going strong here and we hit the half mark today.

There was a fiesta over the last two days on Malapascua and I was invited to a lechon meal or suckling pig roasted over coal. a traditional and very popular dish here on the Philippines

Yesterday saw plenty of rain all day long around Koh Samui. Max temp reached 28C

The forecast predicts that rain is easing up again today and a nice weekend is still in the cards. After the weekend more overcast, wind and rain can be expected.
